These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, AI services, applications, browser extensions, mobile apps, and related offerings provided by SkipSeek Inc. (“SkipSeek,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) — including wundergoal.comand any other domains or interfaces we operate (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us at info@skipseek.ai if you suspect a security breach.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, models, designs, and materials are owned by or licensed to SkipSeek. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. WunderGoal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, UEFA, CONMEBOL, or any other governing body; team names, logos, and tournament marks are the property of their respective owners.
7. AI Services & Outputs
AI outputs are produced probabilistically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them. Outputs are not financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. WunderGoal’s match intelligence, predictions, and odds-related content are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute betting or wagering advice.
8. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
SkipSeek’s aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) fees paid in the prior 12 months or (b) USD $100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify SkipSeek from claims arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes resolve exclusively in Delaware state or federal courts.
14. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms plus the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement.
15. Changes to These Terms
Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
